How this works:

1. See the pricing page first. Then, when you are ready, select “New Patient Visit” below to choose and schedule your appointment time.
2. Select any open appointment time and follow the prompts to sign up. (Information is private and secured through the Charm Electronic Health Record).
3. The system will secure a $200 deposit, billed to the credit card information you provide. (This will be applied to your visit total- see the pricing page- and if you end up needing to cancel, the $200 will be refunded).
4. You will receive an email to verify your appointment time.
5. Return any information requests (e-mailed) and rest assured we are also preparing our best for you and your child!
